- Which plans are available?
- Booklane offers a free Trial, Essentials, Pro, Commerce and Business, plus Enterprise by quote. Start on Trial and move to a paid plan when you are ready; Commerce and Business add ecommerce, multi-store and more AI credits.
- Can the catalog handle mixed Italian VAT rates?
- Yes. Titles can carry the correct Italian VAT rate (for example books vs other goods), and checkout applies the right rate per line so till totals and reports stay accurate.
- Does Booklane include a point of sale?
- Yes. The POS is built for the bookstore counter: fast title search, live stock, discounts and multi-VAT lines, with inventory and customer history updated in the same flow.
- Can I export data for my accountant?
- Pro and Enterprise include accounting export so you can hand sales and VAT figures to your accountant without rebuilding spreadsheets by hand. Exact formats depend on your plan and setup.
